Brownie Pudding by Joyce Gordon

Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa (regular type dry)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Salad oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate morsels

3/4 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1 3/4 cups hot water
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients; add milk, oil and vanilla, mix till smooth, stir in morsels. Pour in greased 9x9 glass baking dish. Combine cocoa, brown sugar and hot water pour over batter, Bake at 325 Deg about 45 min.
Serve warm or cold, vanilla ice cream is delicious with this.
