A Lynchburg babysitter accused of badly hurting a baby has been found not guilty on all counts.
LaRue and his wife were taking care of the 1-year-old baby in 2010. LaRue was accused of shaking the baby so hard that it went blind.
On Tuesday, a jury acquitted LaRue on all three charges.
The trial for John LaRue will continue Tuesday.
The trial began Monday. The prosecution has one more witness to call Tuesday morning, and then the defense takes over. LaRue is accused of badly hurting a child.
The Commonwealth’s Attorney expects the case to wrap up Tuesday.

He's accused of shaking that baby so badly she went blind, and her mother says she'll never be able to walk and talk.
LaRue's trial is scheduled to last two days.
It starts at 9:00 a.m. Monday in Lynchburg Circuit Court.
