A West Virginia man is in the hospital after running his pickup truck off the road and into a grove of trees. He was headed west on Route 460 near the intersection of Craig Creek Road around 5:45 a.m. Friday. Investigators say he likely fell asleep behind the wheel causing that wreck. An ambulance took him to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Since the truck was completely off the road the wreck did not cause any traffic problems. A wrecker removed the truck and deputies left the scene around 7:30 a.m.
