National survey shows fewer moms making resolutions for 2014

We're a week into the new year, and you may have already broken a few of those new year's resolutions.
A national Macaroni Kid survey finds that only 60% of moms in the study actually made resolutions for 2014.
Of those moms who did make new year's resolutions, 64% say they want to get more exercise.
That's an important goal, after a new study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that only 25% of kids between the ages of 12 and 15 meet the national guidelines of one hour of exercise per day.
Roanoke Macaroni Kid publisher and editor Jamie Clark says the entire family can get in on the better fitness resolution by working out and playing together.
