ROANOKE, Va. -

Dealing with the heat can be tough on all of us, especially people who have "hot" jobs!

One of those is food service.

We caught up with the Noke Truck near the Roanoke Memorial Hospital around lunchtime.

Claudia Urrea and her son Simon share an eight foot wide space flipping crepes and serving up tacos.

She says while it seems hot outside, temperatures can get 10 to 15 degrees hotter inside the truck.

“Oh my goodness. It's like you can lose weight in here you're sweating all the time. It's unbelievable,” Noke Truck owner Claudia Urrea said.

Urrea says they stay hydrated and take breaks throughout lunchtime to beat the heat.
