Six taken from Christiansburg Goodwill store to hospital for headache, nausea treatment

CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. -

Six people were taken from the Goodwill Retail Store in Christiansburg to the hospital Friday afternoon to be treated for nausea and headaches.

All six people were treated at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. They are believed to be in stable condition, according to a news release from the Town of Christiansburg.

It’s not clear what caused their symptoms. The store was evacuated and ventilated.

The store is closed while investigators try to determine what caused the six people’s symptoms. The Goodwill Retail Store is on Peppers Ferry Road.
