ROANOKE, Va. -

It's become one of the top conferences for quarterbacks and this year is no exception.
The ACC has four quarterbacks all with NFL draft potential.
One of them is right over in Blacksburg with Virginia Tech's Logan Thomas.

He returned this season hoping to up his draft stock which will definitely be tested in week one against Alabama.

Also of note is the reigning ACC player of the year Tajh Boyd.

Boyd set records at Clemson last year and is expected to do the same this year as he was tabbed pre-season Player of the Year by ACC Media.

Miami's Stephen Morris had some strong showings last year and had the Hurricanes competing for an ACC Championship.

The same can be said for North Carolina's Bryn Renner who will face South Carolina and Jadeavon Clowney in week one.

With all the talent under center the league feels it's time to compete with the big boys of the SEC.
