Sun Bowl Excited To Have Hokies

they will be heading tot he Sun Bowl in El Paso to meet UCLA in the first ever meeting between the two schools.

     UCLA and Virginia Tech are set for a Sun Bowl matchup in three weeks in what will be the first ever meeting between the two schools on the gridiron.
      Sun Bowl President Walker Crowson made the official announcement Sunday night in West Texas where the Hokies will play in the New Year's Eve afternoon game right here on WDBJ7.
       In UCLA, Tech gets a Pac12 program that went 9 and 3 this season with its only losses coming against Stanford, Oregon, and Arizona State.
        The Bruins are ranked 17th in the country under head coach Jim Mora, Junior, the former Atlanta Falcons head coach.
"We just couldn't be more excited.," said Sun Bowl President, Walker Crowson.  "This is a great matchup for El Paso.  This is really one of the matchups that we have been anticipating for a long time with the Pac12 and the ACC."
